Mohandule's Projects cc was established with the goal/objectives:
To provide quality and professional services to prospective clients.
To contribute to the overall nation building programmer as envisaged in an ongoing reconstruction and development initiatives.
To build capacity through working on joint ventures and associations.
Mohandule's project is one of the first of a new breed of South African building and civil contractors who combine a wealth of experience with the professional theoretical and technical background required to get the job done within budget, on time and the right quality.
The company commenced business in 1984, developing the skills to become a successful sub contractor on numerous residential and commercial projects.
The cut and thrust of sub contracting work prepared the company well for a strategic move to the role of main contractor in the early 1999. At present the major part of the work undertaken by Mohandule's projects is property development as main contractor.
